We have a 44 acre farm located in the heart Chelsea Alabama. We are located only 1.2 miles from Publix and 1.8 miles from Walmart. We have a small working farm with chickens , mini pigs, goats ,etc with one lake and a small pond. We are looking for a select few boarders that are very family oriented. A maximum of 5 spots will be available. We currently are only pasture boarding and may allow stall boarding in the future. A 4000 plus square foot barn is on premise. Hot water wash stall, coastal bermuda hay and premium grain fed twice daily, large stalls, customized turnout in multiple pastures to meet your needs, day or night on lush established pastures. Rye grass planted in winter for winter grazing. Riding arena with sand footing which drains quickly, as well as trails. Tack room has dehumidifier, along with individual cabinets provided for personal horse supply storage.
