Excellent place for endurance conditioning in canyon.
Retired couple with lots of personalized attention to each horse. Access to 60x120 indoor arena next door. Training is also available here. Full care $300.00 per month.
Location is 30 min from Oregon City towards the cascade foothills.
Owner must have horse trailer and a horse that loads easily in case of future emergency fire evacuations.
This facility is setup for trail riding horses mostly.

When you visit the facility in Albany, Oregon, you will find a wonderful blend of human and equine friendships.

Strait Gait Stables is centrally located in the beautiful Willamette Valley, between Corvallis, Lebanon, Salem and Eugene. It is a convenient relaxing oasis just 3 miles from the growing suburban landscape of Albany, yet it is far enough away to enjoy the quiet countryside on horseback.

The Albany Expo Fairgrounds, Oregon State University and Interstate I-5 are only 7 miles from the facility.

The owners, Robert and Mary have over 60+ years of combined experience. They have developed a reputation as dedicated professionals, offering a modest facility for boarding, teaching riding and horse care to all ages and abilities. There is a place for everyone at SGS, from the experience competitive rider to the beginning or pleasure rider. All breeds and disciplines are welcomed.

Harmony Training Center specializes in the training and showing of Arabian and Half-Arabians. We offer affordable, professional training and lesson programs for Youth and Adults from the beginner to the advanced rider.

Facility offers:
Feed plans designed for each individual horse which includes local grass, orchard and alfalfa hay available, along with LMF grain. Our barn utilizes Portagrazer feeders that helps simulate grazing. Stalls are cleaned twice daily, 72' x 144' covered arena with Nike footing, 60' x 72' covered working arena. We have a beautiful viewing room and break room with bathroom facilities and kitchenette, warm water wash rack, trails, shared tack room. Valley Vista Farm offers SELF-CARE boarding at a small private barn 5 miles north of Sunset Highway at Tanasbourne, convenient to Beaverton, and 15 miles west of downtown Portland.
