Strait Gait Stables is centrally located in the beautiful Willamette Valley, between Corvallis, Lebanon, Salem and Eugene. It is a convenient relaxing oasis just 3 miles from the growing suburban landscape of Albany, yet it is far enough away to enjoy the quiet countryside on horseback.

The Albany Expo Fairgrounds, Oregon State University and Interstate I-5 are only 7 miles from the facility.

The owners, Robert and Mary have over 60+ years of combined experience. They have developed a reputation as dedicated professionals, offering a modest facility for boarding, teaching riding and horse care to all ages and abilities. There is a place for everyone at SGS, from the experience competitive rider to the beginning or pleasure rider. All breeds and disciplines are welcomed.

There are 2 Full Care Boarding Options:
Option #1) $350.00 month - Includes our grain.
Option #2) $315.00 month - you provide grain, we feed it.

The stable offers a full compliment of services for Full Care: 12x12 matted stalls well lit, Stalls cleaned daily, Hay and Grain 2x Daily, Daily Turnouts, Pastures and Paddocks,12x24 Tackroom with kitchenette, Wash Area with hot water, 50' sand based round pen, 100x200 Outdoor arena, 60x120 Indoor arena, Quiet Country Roads and Fields, Trailer Parking.
