We have been in business for almost 30 yrs, and offer a full service boarding and training facility, as well as lessons with school horses from beginners to advanced riders for hunter/jumpers, dressage and event riders.
We have a large, 200 X 100' Indoor arena with viewing rooms, an outdoor sand arena with sprinklers and lights, outdoor sand dressage arena, cross-country course with ditches and banks on almost 100 acres less than 3 minutes from Jacobson Park and I75.
We have several instructors who can help riders at different levels, host shows and clinics at the farm and at the Kentucky Horse Park, have 3 barns for boarding and training.

We have two barns that we rent out year round. One is an eight stall barn the other is a twelve stall barn. There is an outdoor ring which is 150 x 250 and an indoor ring which is 100 x 200. New Vista Farm is a small, semi-private boarding facility specializing in providing quality care for your horse(s) in a fun, friendly and stress-free environment. We accommodate approximately six horses on our property so each horse and owner receive individualized, personal attention. We offer roomy 12x12 stalls, each with an exterior window. Concrete center aisle. Indoor wash rack with hot/cold and an outdoor wash rack, indoor heated restroom with shower and a spacious tack room. The well maintained arena is approx 198' x 145' with a full size dressage area and a separate jumping area. All horses are on a mandatory quarterly de-worming rotation schedule and must be up to date on all vaccinations with current negative Coggins tests. We offer lessons specializing in Dressage and Jumpers and training services or, you're welcome to bring your own instructor or trainer.

The only board program I offer at this time is Self Care which includes the use of all facility amenities, including covered hay storeage area, feed room and tack room plus paddock. $300 per month self care, paddock only. Self care with stall and paddock is $400. Owner provides own feed and bedding and if renting a stall, is responsible for cleaning the stall on a regular basis. Owner can provide their own hay or buy from me at cost. I'll also be willing to work with boarders to fill in during feeding times when they are unable to do so.

A walk out basement apartment is available for one boarder also. (The apartment is currently rented and unavailable at this time). The apartment is a little less than 600 sf with a full kitchen (stove, double sink, refrigerator, microwave and lots of cabinet space and bar stool seating at the kitchen peninsula. Large bedroom with wardrobe and closet. Smaller living room. Apartment rent is $800/month and includes all utilities, wi-fi connection and access to farm dumpster for garbage removal.

South Pond Farm is a private family owned farm in South Lexington. We have three self-care stalls available or offer partial care as well. Very low key barn, quiet, private, and peaceful. References required and we do not offer pasture board.

Bittersweet Acres offers 34 stalls with wash racks and heated water.
Two riding rings, one dressage arena and one with hunter jumper course, along with several cross country jumps as well as a water jump are included with board.

Arendahl Farm located in Lexington, KY has availability for pasture board. We offer a 20+ acre field with lush bluegrass/timothy mix grass that is well maintained. Fields also have auto water and run in shed. Horses are fed grain once daily. Hay is provided daily in the winter when the grass is not available. Located on one of the most beautiful areas of the country, in the heart of the Bluegrass, off Paris Pike, in Lexington, Kentucky. Treviso Farm is very close to the Kentucky Horse Park and Masterson Station.

Owners are veterinarians and incorporate their knowledge and training into keeping healthy and well-taken care of animals. This includes the feeding of only high quality hay and concentrate, and keeping the farm well maintained to decrease the chances of horses getting injured.

All stalls (all 12'x12') are furnished with rubber mats.

Owners and trainer live on site, which means your horse will be observed several times a day.
