New Vista Farm / Horse Boarding Farm in Lexington, Kentucky

New Vista Farm is a small, semi-private boarding facility specializing in providing quality care for your horse(s) in a fun, friendly and stress-free environment. We accommodate approximately six horses on our property so each horse and owner receive individualized, personal attention. We offer roomy 12x12 stalls, each with an exterior window. Concrete center aisle. Indoor wash rack with hot/cold and an outdoor wash rack, indoor heated restroom with shower and a spacious tack room. The well maintained arena is approx 198' x 145' with a full size dressage area and a separate jumping area. All horses are on a mandatory quarterly de-worming rotation schedule and must be up to date on all vaccinations with current negative Coggins tests. We offer lessons specializing in Dressage and Jumpers and training services or, you're welcome to bring your own instructor or trainer.

The only board program I offer at this time is Self Care which includes the use of all facility amenities, including covered hay storeage area, feed room and tack room plus paddock. $300 per month self care, paddock only. Self care with stall and paddock is $400. Owner provides own feed and bedding and if renting a stall, is responsible for cleaning the stall on a regular basis. Owner can provide their own hay or buy from me at cost. I'll also be willing to work with boarders to fill in during feeding times when they are unable to do so.

A walk out basement apartment is available for one boarder also. (The apartment is currently rented and unavailable at this time). The apartment is a little less than 600 sf with a full kitchen (stove, double sink, refrigerator, microwave and lots of cabinet space and bar stool seating at the kitchen peninsula. Large bedroom with wardrobe and closet. Smaller living room. Apartment rent is $800/month and includes all utilities, wi-fi connection and access to farm dumpster for garbage removal.
