Pastures are rotated, sprayed for weeds, fertilized, aerated and harrowed as necessary. We use fly eliminators. Full board includes hay, quality feed, rotational deworming, access to locked private tack closet, lighted riding arena and trails around crop land behind barn. No additional fees for giving supplements, blanketing or masks that are provided by owner. Drinkwater Equestrian is a brand new facility in Williamsburg, Va. We have an 18 stall barn, each matted stall is 12x12 with an automatic water and Dutch door style window. We have a 130x230 lighted PVC fenced ring, four large turnouts and two smaller private turnouts. There is plenty of space to ride around the property and we are also minutes from a park with horse trails. We live on the property and take care of the horses ourselves. We take pride in the care we give our horses, my husband is a farrier and I am the hunter/jumper instructor and manager at Drinkwater Equestrian.
