Lovely 80 acre horse facility including 2 show quality horse barns, indoor lighted arena, outdoor 80 X 100 lighted arena, full size 198 X 66 dressage arena, 1 acre jump field, 3 acre cross country eventing field with 43 obstacles and pasture / trail riding. Horses are limited to no more than 17 on the facility property ensuring the highest quality care. We provide exceptional show horse boarding as well as specialize in retirement horse boarding. Attention to detail and care provided to specific client needs. Diets of all types accommodated. Turn out pastures with trees and shelters from 1 acre to 8 acres in size. Barn includes hot and cold wash rack, tack room, tack up area, climate controlled restroom, wide cement barn isle, 12 x 12 pipe show barn stalls and more..... Board includes time out 7 days per week weather permitting with shelters and trees, it also includes feeding 2 times per day, visual checking 3 times per day, blanketing, special supplements, farrier handling, and vet handling at no extra charge. Mocha is 2 years old next month and is standing at 13 hands to make 14.1, 14.2 very sad sale of this beautiful girl who is an absolute pleasure to handle, she loves to be groomed picks all her feet up and stands great for the farrier, loads no problem, manners in the stable, because she's just a baby she's done no work but we have taken her on walks inhand and she's been brilliant very trusting and not phased by anything she's stabled on a working farm and sees machinery and tractors everyday would make a fantastic kids pony as she loves attention from my 2 young boys, 3 beautiful floaty paces, lots of feather and a flaxen tail

The farm owner has been a professional horse women and barn owner for over 20 years. She and her staff pay attention to every detail of the horses day and the owners experience. We treat your horses like they are our own. Our facility is full functioning. We have all the amenities you could need or want. Our staff cleans and beds the stalls 7 days a week. The horses are feed twice a day 7 days a week. All the horses on the property are turned out every day unless there is a reason or request to leave them inside. JM Prosperity Farm is located in Argyle, Texas about thirty minutes north of Dallas and Fort Worth. The farm sits on a 100 acres on a quiet street. JM Prosperity Farm has a plenty of room for turn out so that your horses can be in their natural habitat. We find that the healthiest thing for a horse is to allow him as much time to be a horse as possible. In addition to our fertilized grassy fields we have a hot walker, wash rack with hot and cold water, a covered indoor round pen with lights and a viewing area from up high. We have an outdoor lighted arena that is drug on a frequent basis. In addition there is an office lounge area for resting and taking a break from outside. The staff and owner live on property with your horses. JM Prosperity Farm offers some conditioning programs when needed for horses at owners request. You can take riding lessons if you wish at the farm. Many of the clients at the farm love to trail ride taking advantage of the multiple trail heads all within 20 minutes of the farm. the farm also hosts natural horsemanship clinics several times during the year. JM Prosperity Farm also is a great place for the old guy who just needs a quiet place to retire and be well cared for.

Located on the Lake Lewisville trails between Chin Chapel and 2499, 2 miles north of 407. We have 4 paddocks with shelter, a 6 stall barn with locked feed, and an equipment room. Small covered arena the size of a large round pen. No pasture land but 4 large paddocks with shelter and water. Lots of space for trailer parking as well. we are in a quiet neighborhood with trail access.

We would like to rent the entire 1.5-acre barn property to one person. You would be allowed to sublet as long as it is done responsibly and horses are fed and cared for.
