Split Elm Equestrian, run by the Morrongiello family, was founded in November of 2000. Split Elm I (the kid's barn) is a 22 acre facility with an 15 stall barn and four paddocks. This farm features a 50x150 indoor arena, a complete jump course with show quality jumps and a small dressage arena. Split Elm II (the adult's barn) is a 43 acre property with another 20 stall barn and six paddocks. This farm features a 7/8 mile sand track, some trails, a jumper course, cross country jumps, and a standard size dressage arena. Boarders are welcome to ride anywhere on our property. we are located at the end of a dead-end road and it is truely like a getaway with the quiet setting. We give lessons, offering trailering to local shows, host clinics and have two horse shows anually. We also feed high quality grains and hay at the same time each day. We offer full miniature horse boarding (or ponies under 40" at the wither) for $175.00 per month in Flemington, NJ. This includes grain, hay, scheduled chiropractor, vet, and farrier services (to be billed separately or use your own!), fresh water, blanketing changes, equipment storage for tack/carts/harnesses, and more! Your mini will live outside in a paddock with access to a run-in shed and we offer daily turnout in one of our beautiful large grass fields.

If you and your mini enjoy driving, we have access to on-site trails wide and groomed enough for your cart. We also have a grass ring and several large fields for driving in too. We are also a part of a horse agility club (basically an in-hand obstacle course) and set up monthly courses for practice and showing purposes! We have many beautiful obstacles for you and your mini including a full miniature horse jumping course, a wooden platform, hula hoops, pool noodle walk-through, and more!

We attend schooling miniature horse shows throughout the year for driving and in-hand.
