There's only one choice when it comes to professional and individualized care for your horse. Come join our family at Kandlite Stables. You won't find another more reliable and caring stable that is more receptive to your horses individual needs in the area. We care about your horses like they are our own and they will thrive in our clean, organized, and friendly environment. Monthly board is $350.00 and includes hay and grain, matted stalls that are cleaned out daily, daily turnout into large pastures or individual turnout, heated water buckets and fans, blanketing (changed when appropriate for weather or per owners instructions), daily fly mask application and removal, and fly spray application (spray provided by owner). Our barn features a heated tack room with individual tack lockers, wash tub, matted 10'x12' or 12'x12' stalls, and a large clean indoor arena. Our property features an outdoor fenced in arena, jumps, outdoor wash rack with hot and cold water, large pastures, and trails for you and your horse to enjoy.

We are located just 30 minutes from the Northern Kettle Moraine trails, 15 minutes north of Merton and Oconomowoc, and 45 minutes west of highway 45.

We are a family owned and operated Horse boarding facility, located on 40 acres, we live on the farm. We have a 24 stall barn, (no outdoor board avail.) 60x120 indoor, 100x200 outdoor, round pen, 2 tack rooms (heated during cold months), fans on all stalls during warm season, stalls cleaned every day including holidays and sundays, water avail. year round inside and out. 6 large pastures and several individual turn out paddocks. Grain fed twice daily, hay fed 3 times daily, (summer months there is plenty of grass as well). Hay is home grown. Daily turnout for all Horses, if you want your Horse left in a stall all day this is not the place for them! Fly mask, fly spray, you supply and we will apply no extra charge, supplements, no problem, no extra charge. We even have a little bit of trail riding. Iron Horse Polo Stables is conveniently located in Sussex, Waukesha County, just minutes away from Menomonee Falls and Germantown. We offer full board with daily turnouts, the stalls are cleaned daily by our dedicated full time staff. We are open 7 days a week with 24/7 onsite management.
We provide personalized care, large matted box stalls, a customized three times a day feeding program, daily private / group turn outs, 2 heated tack and lounge rooms, three grooming areas, outdoor wash rack with hot water, along with a large indoor (70 x 180) and outdoor (150 x 250) riding arenas. Feeding your supplements or holding for vet / farrier is complimentary.

We also offer reasonably priced English riding lessons for children and adults (beginners through advanced). Dressage and polo lessons are available. We have well trained school horses and polo ponies for lessons and lease.

All levels of riders and horses , from those that just want a safe and fun relationship with their horse to those that want to show and ride at a competitive level and helping horses and riders meet their goals and desires. There is no cookie cutter way , just a “one step at a time “ approach!
Offering western pleasure, western riding , reining , barrel racing , halter, showmanship, hunter under saddle , tune ups, trail, ground work / desensitizing , & beginner lessons .

Training

- single training ride $45
