Small private facility with only a select few horses. Offers individual care programs and small groups of 1-3 in dry lots with indoor/outdoor riding areans. Quiet and relaxed surrounding with friendly management. Resonably cost - home grown hay.

Located just minutes from Madison, north of Sun Prairie. Beautiful 43-stall multi-discipline boarding stable with a manager living on-site. Stalls are cleaned 365 days a year. Quality hay grown right here on our farm, along with other cash crops. Every horse has a stall and gets daily turnout (weather permitting) in grass pastures or dry lots. Individual or semi-private dry lot turnout available for show horses, stallions or other special needs. Trailer parking and cart/carriage storage available. Heated/air conditioned lounge and lockerroom. Individual tack lockers with a washer and dryer for your horse laundry. Wash stalls with hot and cold water. All levels of riders and horses , from those that just want a safe and fun relationship with their horse to those that want to show and ride at a competitive level and helping horses and riders meet their goals and desires. There is no cookie cutter way , just a “one step at a time “ approach!
Offering western pleasure, western riding , reining , barrel racing , halter, showmanship, hunter under saddle , tune ups, trail, ground work / desensitizing , & beginner lessons .

Lessons
-Single lesson with own horse $35/ hour
-Scheduled weekly lessons ( minimum of 2 consecutive months ) with own horse $30/hour
-lesson on a lesson horse $45/ hour
-Group lesson 2 riders in group $25/hour/ rider
-group lesson 3-4 riders in group $20/hour/rider

Training

- single training ride $45
- Scheduled weekly training ride/ session( minimum of 2 consecutive months )$40
- Full training (4-5 sessions per week ) $500/ month ( does not include monthly board cost)
- Partial training ( 2 sessions per week ) $250/ month ( does not include monthly board cost)

$10 trailer in fee for outside clients , current negative coggins required

Full time and partial training fees due up front before training starts and training contract is signed .

First Class Horse Complex is a complete equine facility. We offer boarding, training, lessons, stallion service, stallion management, mare foaling services, and showing. We specialize in Paso Fino Horses but welcome all breeds and disciplines. We concentrate our lesson program on young beginner and adult beginner riders, but we train advanced riders to the national level as well. Paso Finos, a Welsh Pony, and Quarter Horses are available for use in the School of Horsemanship.
