We have two openings for horse boarding. Large box stalls 11 x 13 to our smallest which is 10 x 11 feet. Stalls are all rubber matted and cleaned daily. Grain and hay is feed twice a day. Vitamins, soybean oil and worming are included. Our indoor arena is 60 x 150”. The indoor arena has excellent footing and the lighting is great. We have very dust problems in the arena which is great for horse and rider both. There are heated water tanks in the pasture with very safe fencing. Number of horses are limited to three a pasture. Limited trail riding is available when weather permits. We are a small family run stable. Only 12 horses are on the property. This means when you want to get some work done in the arena you don’t have to worry about a crowd. Horse transportation is available. Board is $235 to $250 a month. Monthly board is $350.00 and includes hay and grain, matted stalls that are cleaned out daily, daily turnout into large pastures or individual turnout, heated water buckets and fans, blanketing (changed when appropriate for weather or per owners instructions), daily fly mask application and removal, and fly spray application (spray provided by owner). Our barn features a heated tack room with individual tack lockers, wash tub, matted 10'x12' or 12'x12' stalls, and a large clean indoor arena. Our property features an outdoor fenced in arena, jumps, outdoor wash rack with hot and cold water, large pastures, and trails for you and your horse to enjoy.

We are located just 30 minutes from the Northern Kettle Moraine trails, 15 minutes north of Merton and Oconomowoc, and 45 minutes west of highway 45.

Iron Horse Polo Stables is conveniently located in Sussex, Waukesha County, just minutes away from Menomonee Falls and Germantown. We offer full board with daily turnouts, the stalls are cleaned daily by our dedicated full time staff. We are open 7 days a week with 24/7 onsite management.
We provide personalized care, large matted box stalls, a customized three times a day feeding program, daily private / group turn outs, 2 heated tack and lounge rooms, three grooming areas, outdoor wash rack with hot water, along with a large indoor (70 x 180) and outdoor (150 x 250) riding arenas. Feeding your supplements or holding for vet / farrier is complimentary.

We also offer reasonably priced English riding lessons for children and adults (beginners through advanced). Dressage and polo lessons are available. We have well trained school horses and polo ponies for lessons and lease.

Shelley Day has received her Silver and Bronze Medal and Silver and Bronze Freestyle Bar. She has received many USDF awards as well as many local and regional awards. She has over 30 years of experience of teaching, training, and competing. Day Dressage offers individualized training and lesson program which can be done at your location or one of the locations she travels to in Wisconsin and Illinois. School horses and haul in lessons are available. Ground work and lunge lessons are also offered. All breeds and rider level accepted. While achieving the riders goals, Shelley always puts the horses well-being first. She has had the opportunity to train with George Williams, Cathy Morelli , Gary Rockwell, and Bo Jena. We are a family owned and operated Horse boarding facility, located on 40 acres, we live on the farm. We have a 24 stall barn, (no outdoor board avail.) 60x120 indoor, 100x200 outdoor, round pen, 2 tack rooms (heated during cold months), fans on all stalls during warm season, stalls cleaned every day including holidays and sundays, water avail. year round inside and out. 6 large pastures and several individual turn out paddocks.
