Dover Stables is a family friendly, drama free indoor/outdoor horse boarding facility. All horses and riding styles are welcome.

We are on 56 acres with a stable, an indoor arena (60 x 200)with heated viewing room, a 100 x 200 sand based and lighted outdoor arena and a 3 acre, 23 foot deep pond with a beach, great for swimming alone or with your horse! Also great fishing-bluegills, bass, crappies...We also have a 5/8 of a mile track with a groomed limestone base that is fun to ride at full gallop or at a leisurely stroll around at dusk.

The stable has 40 matted stalls (12 x 12 and each one has a window), 3 over-sized "birthing" stalls also with windows. Also 8 of the stalls have doors for direct turnout in to the paddocks. There are 4 wash stations w/ hot and cold water, a laundry room, lounge with kitchenette with WIFI and 4 tack rooms.

We currently have 10 small pastures (1/2 to 1 acre), 2 large pastures (10 acres each), 4 dry lots and 2 round pens. The pastures have shelters and auto waterers.
We feed high quality hay "on demand" so the horses have hay in front of them all of the time. We feed grain morning and night to the indoor board horses and morning only to the outdoor boarders. Up to 3 pounds per day of Kalm & Easy is included in the board.

Our outdoor board is $325 per month and indoor is $500-includes daily turn out weather permitting.

WE ARE A NON PROFIT THERAPEUTIC RIDING CENTER FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS!

Lazy S is a multi-discipline facility located off of Loomis Road in Muskego. We have stall board currently at $265/month and pasture board currently at $185/month. There is a large indoor arena and a large outdoor area with some trails on the property. Stall horses are fed hay/grain twice daily with supplements given at no additional cost. Pasture horses receive a weekly rotation of round bales and have access to a large barn during inclement weather. All horses have full access to grass pastures throughout the Summer months. Some of the other amenities include our heated lounge with bathroom, television with cable tv, individual tack lockers, use of Fly-Predator (very helpful for the Summer) and a regular de-worming program. All boarders are welcome to bring in their own trainer as long as they provide their own insurance. Lazy S is a close-knit facility where we all look out for each other. We have two openings for horse boarding. Large box stalls 11 x 13 to our smallest which is 10 x 11 feet. Stalls are all rubber matted and cleaned daily. Grain and hay is feed twice a day. Vitamins, soybean oil and worming are included. Our indoor arena is 60 x 150”. The indoor arena has excellent footing and the lighting is great. We have very dust problems in the arena which is great for horse and rider both. There are heated water tanks in the pasture with very safe fencing. Number of horses are limited to three a pasture. Limited trail riding is available when weather permits. We are a small family run stable. Only 12 horses are on the property.
