Sterling Acres is located on acres land surrounded by DNR forest near Random Lake, WI. We offer Hybrid Stall Board with continuous access to hay via slow feeders in dry lots and rotated pasture in warmer months with grain fed 2X per day in assigned stalls with the option to feed soaked grain. Stalls available for overnight in negative temps or if medical need arises. We believe that continuous turnout is best for the minds, gut, joints and hooves. There's all-day, 7-day, turnout on spacious, grassy 5+ acre pastures.We live here too, and that means you'’re welcome to ride at any time that suits your schedule - in the 10,000 sf heated indoor or large outdoor ring, or on private bridle trails through our 100 acres of woods, prairie, ponds, wetlands and fields.

With a maximum of 25 horses boarding, we have a small clientele who are virtually all adults, allowing you to have plenty of room to yourself, and to better focus on developing your skills. We accept all disciplines, but most of our clients are of the hunter discipline. Our, trainer is available Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Some of our boarders participate in lower and mid-level local shows.
