Albion College, a Top 100-ranked private liberal arts college, offers boarding at our state-of-the-art Nancy G. Held Equestrian Center for students, staff, and the community. Our state-of-the-art facility offers the best in care, from 12'x12' box stalls with rubber floor mats and Nelson automatic waterers to daily individual turnout and European-style horse walkers (for the winter months, inclement weather, and horses undergoing injury rehabilitation). Boasting a 100'x400' indoor arena, an all-weather outdoor arena spanning 100'x200', a grass jumping field, and trails on our 340 acre property, we also host a series of year-round shows, an educational lecture series with top professionals in their fields, and annual riding symposia with top professionals. Group and private lessons are available with our instructors in many disciplines.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!! Wingate Farms in owned by Jane Wingate and operated by LouRonda Dohrer, who has 40+ years equine management experience. It is a working farm located in Hillsdale MI. We have inside and outside boarding. Included is use of outdoor arena, indoor (80x120) arena and round pen. Both types of boarding includes hay and custom feed given twice daily, supplements can also be given and must be supplied by horse owner. We are located approx. 12 miles west of Lansing (5 miles from I96) We offer 10 x 12 Box stalls which are cleaned and re-bedded daily. Horses are fed hay and grain each morning and evening and turned out onto pasture during the day.
Our facility offers a 70 x 140 indoor riding arena with a cement aisle way, heated tack area and observation room, a 60 x 200 outdoor riding arena, and a 40ft round pen.
English and western riding instruction, farrier services, groundwork and horse training are available on site upon request.... See More
