The Fox Den Farm is a full service boarding operation that offers Hunter Jumper training & lessons. Our program is individualized per horse and rider team for the optimum turn-out in the horse show ring(s). Each horse is cared for independently from its very own nutritional program to training program. The doors are open 7 days a week from 9am-9pm and The Fox Den Farm has staff on-site 24/7 for the peace of mind of each and every boarder.

The facility itself offers tranquility nestled in the rolling hills of the country side, and yet with ease of access from US 23 (5 mins) and US 75 (15mins). Come and meet the best barn family ever and allow yourself to relax and enjoy the spacious and clean atmosphere. Stalls are 12 x 12 and the barn is naturally lit with plenty of sunlight and upgraded LED lighting available in stalls, aisle way, and provided in our 165 x 70 indoor riding arena. The outdoor arena overlooks the scenic views of the country side with some of the most amazing Michigan sunsets available. All turn out pastures have grass including the private pens. We offer a round pen for training needs and always maintain the footing of all the riding spaces. Indoor wash stalls available. We are a full care boarding facility with a choice of stall board or pasture board. We have a 60x80 indoor, a 80x175 outdoor,and tack lockers for our boarders. Here your horse comes first! Each horse is feed per their own dietary needs. Horses are grained at least 2x a day and feed hay 3x a day. A de-worming program is included in our boarding prices. We are based in a lovely country setting and have numerous dirt roads to ride on.

We also offer western, hunt seat, dressage and jumping lessons for beginners to advanced riders. There is a Therapeutic Riding Program at our barn for people with special needs! We understand that you have many choices when it comes to choosing a home for your horse. It's important that you feel comfortable with the care and safety of the facility and it is important that you feel comfortable with the people and the atmosphere of the barn. With that in mind, we offer worry free full service boarding. With the owner/ trainer, Jane Hall, living on site, you can be confident that your horse is always under a watchful eye. The 10 x 12 stalls are cleaned seven days a week, and your horse is turned out seven days a week, weather permitting. 24 hour turnout is also available during good weather. Hay is fed in the paddocks and when the horses are in, hay is fed four times a day. Quality Purina and Buckeye feeds are fed twice a day with supplements (provided by you) fed at no extra cost. Our indoor arena is 60 x 120, well lit and well ventilated, our dressage mirrors will help you check your position or see just what your horse is doing as you ride. We have a heated observation room with kitchenette and restroom.

Our boarders have been with us for 10+ years and have enjoyed the relaxed, fun environment. With Tuesday night potluck and riding, yoga night (yes, it does help you ride better!) wine tasting parties, games on horseback in the winter months when things can get boring. We travel to shows of all types and trail ride a lot! If it can be done on or with a horse, someone here has done it!

And men, this isn't a "girls only" barn. As the home of the Michigan Cavalry Brigade, we have men who ride here! Mounted shooting sports, saber courses and mounted drill practices are just a few of the other "try something new" things to do here. You are always welcome to join in or just watch the fun.
