LookUP Farm is training out of Morningside Training Farm in The Plains, VA. This facility has an indoor, outdoor, track, and complete cross country course. Personal care and attention to details is our speciality. Your horse will be treated as one of our own. Our Family has a 10 acre farm... We have 4 paddocks for a total of 5-6 acres for field boarding. There is also a 4 stall barn on site. It has running water and space for your needs. You provide the feed and veterinary care. We will feed your horse(s) or pony(ies) and give them lots of attention. There is usually someone home 24 hours a day. The property is very peaceful and includes a 1 acre pond for fishing. Feel free to throw your pole in for some good fishing while visiting your horse :)

This is a private barn which offers affordable stall board. Horses are well cared for, with safety, health, and happiness being my main concern. All breeds or horses and ponies are welcome. Small herd of mixed horses have access to mineral blocks, natural shelters and run-in, and box stalls with sawdust bedding. Also on the premises are; 60x120 bluestone outdoor riding ring, bluestone outdoor 60' round pen, 12 acres of wooded trails, outdoor wash stall, tack room/feed room, and large center aisle with cross ties.

Board includes; grain 2x/day, hay as needed, wormer, grooming, clean stalls (every day), blanketing, fly masks, and holding for farrier/vet. I work closely with owners and each horse gets individualized care and attention. I offer Southern States/Legends pelleted feed to all horses daily, along with quality 24/7 forage . Fly spray (owner provides) during the summer months, blanketing during the winter months and everything else in between is provided at no additional cost to owner. Our horses enjoy maximum turnout time in small herds (5 or less). No trailer, not a problem...we have miles of tree lined trails right out the back gate along with many more just a short haul away! We also have a small lighted ring (currently beibg redone), large grass ring, shared tackroom space, bathroom and heated/air conditioned lounge for client use. We have no walls of ribbons or trophies, no horses of prestigious bloodlines, and no haughty attitudes. Consequently, you do not invariably help subsidize such activities. We don't have dress codes (except ideally helmets and heals). We don't break horses, breed, sell, host shows, offer touristy riding by the hour or accept stallions. We do have comfortable facilities, a friendly atmosphere, and a commitment to quality care of your loved one in a nurturing, informal environment. Our specialty is the care of your horse. Retirement and special needs horses are most welcome.

Although we are not competitive, does not mean that you can't be. We have all the facilities needed to fulfill your training needs with a large arena, round pen, jumps, barrels and even a storage area for your trailer.
