Beautiful 30 acre private farm in southern Culpeper County (Raccoon Ford), 3 miles south of Commonwealth Park. One of the farm's fields is dedicated to field boarding with 24 hour access to stalls for shelter. It's a 5 acre field with a 3 stall shed row barn. The barn is not fancy, but it's dry in the cold, wet winter and dark and shady with fans in the hot summer. The barn has a feed/tack room and the field has an automatic waterer. Drinkwater Equestrian is a brand new facility in Williamsburg, Va. We have an 18 stall barn, each matted stall is 12x12 with an automatic water and Dutch door style window. We have a 130x230 lighted PVC fenced ring, four large turnouts and two smaller private turnouts. There is plenty of space to ride around the property and we are also minutes from a park with horse trails. We live on the property and take care of the horses ourselves.
