2 Spots coming available February 1, 2018!! Full care boarding located in Centreville. We are a small family owned/operated, no drama, adult farm that caters to all breeds and disciplines. I work closely with owners and each horse gets individualized care and attention. I offer Southern States/Legends pelleted feed to all horses daily, along with quality 24/7 forage . Fly spray (owner provides) during the summer months, blanketing during the winter months and everything else in between is provided at no additional cost to owner. Our horses enjoy maximum turnout time in small herds (5 or less). No trailer, not a problem...we have miles of tree lined trails right out the back gate along with many more just a short haul away! We also have a small lighted ring (currently beibg redone), large grass ring, shared tackroom space, bathroom and heated/air conditioned lounge for client use. My family and I own and live on the premises and all horses are checked and inspected throughout the day by me. We have a regular instructor, farrier, vet and dentist for our farm, but feel free to use your own. Farm is also open for your insured trainer/instructor sessions. Scarlett Grove Stables is situated on almost 16 acres of lush pasture. This full service boarding, training and sales barn is conveniently located on Route 7. We are 30 minutes to Upperville, 40 minutes to Morven Park Show grounds in Leesburg & Middleburg, Virginia. Also minutes from a cross country course.

Laid back atmosphere ~ Your horse will receive outstanding care.

The barn has 9-12x12 matted stalls, hot and cold wash stall, and a large tack/lounge room. The outdoor arena is 100x200 with a mix of sand and bluestone.

Stall Board starting at $350.00 (grain and bedding supplied by owner)

Daily exercise $25.00 a ride

Field Board starting at $200.00 (grain supplied by owner and there is an extra $100 fee in the winter for hay)

Holly Grubb is the head trainer of Scarlett Grove Stables. She has competed through Intermediate level with over 20 years of successful coaching, training and showing three day eventing to teach you the proper skills from the basics of riding up to advanced levels. Holly trained under Sandora Oppenheim. Holly brings out the best in her riders, ponies and horses in a fun yet challenging environment. She builds sportsmanship into her riders while they achieve success in the show ring.
