Horse Boarding in Crowley, Texas (Tarrant County)

Located on the Lake Lewisville trails between Chin Chapel and 2499, 2 miles north of 407. We have 4 paddocks with shelter, a 6 stall barn with locked feed, and an equipment room. Small covered arena the size of a large round pen. No pasture land but 4 large paddocks with shelter and water. Lots of space for trailer parking as well. we are in a quiet neighborhood with trail access.

We would like to rent the entire 1.5-acre barn property to one person. You would be allowed to sublet as long as it is done responsibly and horses are fed and cared for.

JR Stables is owned and operated by John and Rosie Bankston and have been at this locaton for 37 years. JR Stables is a full care only horse boarding facility convenientlly located 15 minutes from downtown Dallas half mile off I-20 and withhin 15 minutes of the future "Texas Horse Park" a 500 acre plus locaton with trails for horse back riding and
will be part of the 6,000 acre Great Trinity Forest with trails for riding. Our boarders can
also enjoy riding wooded trails here at JR Stables. Our barn has 12x12 stalls with individual partially covered runs. Each stall has a personal tack compartment with saddle rack and bridle holders. Stalls and runs are cleaned daily. There is a lounge and rest room in the barn. Our arena is a 120x240 ft. open sand arena, round pen, pipe fencing, was rack, salt blocks in each stall, several hitching posts to tie up, free trailor parking for our boarders. Horses are grained twice a day and are hayed three times a day when they are in the barn for the day. Round bales are available in pastures year round. Horses are turned out daily excluding weekends and with weather permitting. We do not and will not stall a horse 24-7 here at JR Stables. Mares and geldings are turned out in separate pastures. We have vets on call and they come out in the Spring and Fall to vaccinate and for yearly checkups. Farriers are available to shoe and trim on a regular schedule. Sad sale of our beautiful little girl Mocha
Mocha is 2 years old next month and is standing at 13 hands to make 14.1, 14.2 very sad sale of this beautiful girl who is an absolute pleasure to handle, she loves to be groomed picks all her feet up and stands great for the farrier, loads no problem, manners in the stable, because she's just a baby she's done no work but we have taken her on walks inhand and she's been brilliant very trusting and not phased by anything she's stabled on a working farm and sees machinery and tractors everyday would make a fantastic kids pony as she loves attention from my 2 young boys, 3 beautiful floaty paces, lots of feather and a flaxen tail
