A 25 acre farm, with a 16 stall barn with some runouts, pasture, short riding trails, roundpen, family oriented, mostly trail riders and western pleasure riders currently boarding Starting 4-H club, registration in progress now. You do not have to own a horse for 4-H. We offer Summer day campsbirthday and special occasion parties, with supervised pony rides. We have petting animals, including laying hens, ducks, peacocks, great pyrenees, and mini donkeys. Fishing pond on site. Pasture only $125.00 per horse, per month. Stall board $195.00 per horse, per month. Stalls with runout paddocks $230.00 per horse, per month. Multiple horse discounts offered. Currently horse owner supplies grain. The Big Red Barn offers a beautiful facility located on 80 acres with large, grassy pastures. Riding options include a 150 x 250 arena, oversized and covered round pen and 40+ acres of trails throughout the property. The barn is airy and welcoming with 9 matted stalls each with high powered fans, two hot & cold wash racks, boarder tack room, lounge, and a large bathroom that also has a washer and dryer. Each pasture has a large 20 x 20 run-in shelter. We feed Triple Crown feeds, and coastal and alfalfa mix hays. Beginner lessons available on our school ponies and approved outside trainers are welcome with insurance. We are a small boarding farm and stalls are provided for each horse. Turnout after feeding into around 20 acres. Grain of your choice provided. Coastal hay round bales are accessible 24/7 in winter and as needed in summer. Farrier is scheduled every seven weeks or you may schedule your own. Vet and farrier expenses are owners’ responsibility. We schedule spring and fall shots with our vet. Owners live on premises. Trails from barn available. Outside trailer storage available. Jenny Fair is an ICP level I certified instructor through the United States Eventing Association and has been training, teaching and coaching professionally for over 15 years. Jenny Fair is the head trainer at Elhanan Equestrian, and previously Jenny taught at Meredith Manor International Equestrian Center, preparing students for a career in the horse industry in jumping, dressage and western disciplines. With an emphasis on correct classical training of horse and rider, Jenny is very passionate about developing a strong bond between horse and rider and is happy to work riders of all levels and disciplines.
