Cottonwood Stables, LLC is a single-owned stable with a fun family environment. We are a clean caring facility located between 136th and 144th just east of Washington. We have approximately 5 acres of seasonal pasture turnout, several runs for every day turnout, a large outdoor round pen and an indoor riding arena (72 x 102). We also have a small outdoor jumping area in the fields. Cottonwood is located within a horse property community with riding areas and trails. All disciplines and breeds are welcome. Trainer, Diana Rothman, is available for instruction in dressage, eventing, English, Western, and whatever your riding needs are. We also have a great lesson horse available for your young children. Her name is Inde and she loves attention. We have lots of immenities including hot water in the wash rack. Horse Boarding just east of I-25 and 136th Ave. Great location, with easy access. Save fuel and ride more often, having your horse closer to where you live. We are offering a limited number of stalls on our property. Please call to schedule a time and stop by for a tour.

Boards starts at $290.00/ month. Stalls are cleaned on a daily basis in the morning by the facility.
*Quality hay, stored inside the barn, not outside in the weather. Grass / alfalfa mix. More grass than alfalfa.
*The facility will feed grain you provide.
*All stalls have spacious shelter under the barn lean-to.
* Stall mats.
* No mud when it rains and snows, as we haul in a sand mixture for the entire barnyard area.
* All stalls have large runs. 12' to 27' wide. 50' to 90' long.
* We also have a larger area (dry lot) for turn-out.
* Large, lighted, lockable, weather and mouse proof tack rooms. Tack rooms have keyless entry, so no keys to carry around or remember.
*An area is provided within the barn to store grain, thus freeing up additional space within your tack room.
* Automatic waterers, provides clean fresh water constantly. Heated in winter.
* Lights under lean-to for visibility.
* Large 4' OR 5' round galvanized tank provided for feeding hay off the ground.
* Two 60' Round pens. One open rail and the other closed sided. The closed sided r-pen walls are at an angle so you can ride within it without hitting your knees.
* Riding/ trails available within the neighborhood and surrounding area. No need to trailer-out to ride, just jump on and go.
* Friendly, clean, safe area for you and your horse.
* Manure is hauled away on a regular basis to prevent excessive flies, bugs and odor.
* Barn bathroom available for your convenience.
* Wash area for your horse.
* Mounting block, located just outside the barnyard fence for rides within the neighborhood.
* An outdoor riding arena 60' x 150' Barrels, cones, mounting block, etc provided. The arena is groomed regularly.

Full Care Horse Boarding. Looking for a small, homey and quiet stable away from the crowds? Red Horse is a great place for beginners or experienced riders. This is a stable where horses and people make good friends. It's nothing fancy to look at, but the care is experienced and reliable. Excellent grass and/or alfalfa hay. Near Thornton and Commerce City. Miles of riding along the South Platte River greenbelt and surrounding acreage. Bald eagles fly over regularly. Large runs with box stalls, outdoor arena and round pen. You saddle up and ride, we'll do the work.

Call Any day between 8:30 am and 7:00 pm.

Board includes a box stall with large run for each horse, excellent quality hay fed twice a day, watering, mucking, turn out for sociable horses, round pen and outdoor arena. Sheds for storage. Stock tanks heaters used in the winter. The riding trail starts about 20 feet from the stable and runs along the beautiful South Platte River. Additional riding acreage behind stable. Yearly vet clinics to save Boarders money and a scheduled farrier. Horse chiropractor also available. Rotation deworming and vaccinations required. Approved guests and behaved dogs are welcome to visit.

Sorry, I'm not taking in horses 16 hands or taller. No stallions.

What a lovely little set up! Small stable with a vigilant and caring owner who makes sure all of the horses boarded there are well cared for. Stable owner gets the best hay, and makes sure the horses have plenty of fresh water. She sets up regular vet and farrier appointments (group rates make it cheaper). She makes sure there's a good "buddy system" for turn out time(s) and there's plenty of room on the property for the horses to stretch their legs. Each horse has its own shed/stall with an ample run attached. The facility is right across the street from the South Platte River greenbelt with miles of trails for riding.
