Outdoor Arena: 150 x 360 foot outdoor arena has a side alley and pens to accommodate cattle. The size of the arena allows for roping, reining, riding, barrel racing, cutting and more.

Round Pen: 50' Round Pen had deep footing and rubber kick walls. This is a great spot to work with a young horse or get some ground work done.

Indoor Arena: The indoor barn is 50 x 120 and has excellent footing. A dust palliative is added to make it enjoyable to ride year round.

Breezeway Barn: This extension off our indoor arena provides your horses with protection from the elements and a convenient location. Each of the 10 runs has a separate heated Nelson automatic waterer a heavy pipe fencing. 12 X 40 single horse runs

Outdoor Runs: We built these pens to last with heavy pipe fencing. Each pen has a heated Nelson automatic waterer and 12x12 sheltered area. Includes feeding twice daily and cleaning of pens as needed. Two horses will easily fit in these 30 x 50 runs.

We are a high quality, full care horse boarding facility with years of experience to properly care for your horse. Facilities include a lighted indoor arena with heated viewing room, large outdoor arena,round pen, hot-water washrack, tackroom, public restroom and free trailer parking. All on 35 acres. A small and private facility boasting the best of both boarding worlds. We have a large 120X240 outdoor arena, round pen, and large turnout pastures. Your horses can be in either a pasture facility with state of the art shelters, or in our BRAND NEW 12X12 stalls with runs attached. Turnout is included if desired. Blanketing and unblanketing is also available and included if desired. Hay storage available. You can provide your own grain and hay, or I will and simply charge you what I pay. Basic care, I provide quality hay and feed am and pm, you clean your stall and exercise/care for your horse! (Stall must be cleaned 3-4 times per week or we are not the barn for you.) Small and friendly facility, like family, low turnover.

One 12'x12' matted barn stall w/ 12'x18' run, (12’x30’ total), skylight inside replaced in 2017, outlook into barn aisle for said horse, 8’ overhang outside for shade/weather protection, $320/month/horse.

Three side by side 12'x12' stall matted box stalls, skylights above, outlook into barn aisle for each stall, $250 each flat rate. $350 each all inclusive with 10 bags bedding per month and barn paddock turnout every other day. Paddock is 20'x40'. Turn out would be 7am-4pm, rotational days depending on how many box stall horses currently boarded (could be every day T/O or every 3 days if all spaces filled, unless somebody opted out. We would clean paddock, you still clean your stall.

One shared paddock space, 30'x40', one elderly companion mare, new 12'x12' steel anchored shelter, $300/month.

Located 3 miles north of the CSU campus, Four Winds has been family owned and operated for 30+ years. Our Equestrian Facility services the northern Colorado region, offering horse boarding, horse sales, horse training and riding lessons. Much more than just a place to keep your horses, it's a place you can really relax and enjoy your horses. Plenty of space to ride including a full size multi-use indoor arena (70 ft x 180 ft) with a viewing platform and heated indoor viewing area. The indoor arena is watered and draged at least once per day (more with heavy use in the winter).

The two main outdoor arenas are purpose dedicated to eliminate setup time. The west side dressage arena (144 ft x 280 ft) always has markers up while jumps and poles can stay in place in the east side arena (160 ft x 244 ft). The outdoor arenas are dragged as needed but at least weekly. A third small outdoor turf arena is used mainly for walking and rehabilitation.

There's plenty of open space remaining on the facility's ~40 acres operating total if you want to gallop or test yourself and your horse on the cross country course.

The barn and indoor arena are bright and airy with dozens of massive skylights and solid wood rails, stalls and tack rooms.

Seven large tack and feed rooms mean you'll have space for storage, prep and work. All the tack and feed rooms have recently been improved with concrete floors.

There are eight cross-tie areas so there's never a wait to tack up. Other ammenities include a horse washing station for after your ride.

Boarding options include 12 x 16 ft. box stalls and 12 x12 ft. stalls with 12 x 32 outside runs, private or shared paddocks and a six acre pasture. Additionally grassy turnouts totaling approximately ten acres give all the boarded horses a place to kick up their heels.
