We are a beautiful, small, private boarding / riding facility specializing in dressage and dressage instruction. Boarding includes large paddocks (roughly 65' x 80') with a 12' x 12' individual barn buildings and attached 12' x 8' covered awning areas within each large paddock. New wood & steel pipe fencing w/ hot rope, stall mats, auto waterers, lighting, etc. $600 - $800 / mo. depending on services desired. Main barn has insulated, designer tack room / lounge with indoor bathroom. Indoor arena has sand / rubber footing, full wall of mirrors, lighting, sound system & viewing deck. We are a full care boarding facility offering daily,weekly or monthly boarding services. Our accomodations include a large covered lighted arena. Our arena footing is worked and watered daily for the convience of our boarders.We have a covered entrance to the arena for our clients that choose the main barn . The main barn includes an all natural automatic fly sysytem and bedding which is cleaned and/or added daily. The outside portion of these stalls are 24 feet long. They drink from NID and you only need to bring your own hay and I'll feed. Horses need to be wormed. I give my herd livestock grain/wormer. Just bring and I can help with that.
