Features and services include: 60' x 160' covered, lighted arena with sand footing and automatic sprinkler system; 50' round pen; 12' x 12' stalls with attached 16' x 120' paddocks; stalls cleaned 6 days per week and are bedded with Oregon pine pellet bedding over thick rubber mats; 75 gallon water troughs regularly maintained to ensure clean, fresh water; highest quality Oregon orchard grass or alfalfa hay fed twice daily, with additional feedings available; complimentary feeding of owner provided grain; trail access to over 1,400 acres and 20 miles of Shell Ridge Recreation Area; blanketing, turn out, fly masking, and additional services available; trailer parking available; tack & feed rooms, wash rack, restroom; relaxed atmosphere for experienced adult horse owners.
