Rechristened Crown Hill Farm due to its proximity to Cortland, the Crown City. We hope that you enjoy your visit to our farm as much as we do having you! Since 1979 If Only Farm has offered quality boarding, professional training for horse and rider, and has hosted hundreds of shows and clinics for riders of all ages. We are located in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of central New York State, just minutes northeast of Ithaca, NY and the Cornell Veterinary School and Equine Hospital. Heritage Stables currently has stalls open and available for boarding. Heritage Stables is a hunter/jumper show stable offering full care boarding. Stalls are all 12'x12' with unlimited bedding. Heritage Stables offers a very spacious indoor arena (80'x200') with a heated viewing room. We also have two beautiful outdoor arenas (120'x350' and 110'x250') with a gorgeous view of Skaneateles. Joker’s Wild Ranch is the area’s largest boarding facility where your horse’s care is our top priority! Not only is our farm the most economical, but our staff is caring and friendly. Formerly known as Pleasant Hill Stables, Joker’s Wild Ranch is now in new hands. The current owners are taking initiative to update and improve the facility.
