Magnolia Creek is predominantly a Dressage Facility with 35 stalls. We are located in Pittstown, NJ on 32 acres. We offer private or group & day or night turnout options. Our brand new full size 20m x 60m indoor dressage arena has Tru Tex Fiber footing, mirrors and a viewing deck with seating. We also have full size outdoor dressage arena, a hacking path around the farm and a big jump field! Our new barn features a new tack room and 2 wash stalls. We feed top quality hay and purina grain.
We have fabulous trainers on site or you can bring your own!

Cornerstone Farm is a quiet, family run boarding/training facility on 12 acres with five 12'x10' stalls and one 10'x10' stall available for immediate use. We have an indoor arena, an outdoor arena, group and/or separate daily turnout, and over 50 years of experience in all aspects of horse care. This includes a 12 hour turn out & full time, full service on site care. Lessons and training are also available for children and adults alike. Open seven days a week. Also there is one space open for full time pasture board and leasing opportunities.

We offer full miniature horse boarding (or ponies under 40" at the wither) for $175.00 per month in Flemington, NJ. This includes grain, hay, scheduled chiropractor, vet, and farrier services (to be billed separately or use your own!), fresh water, blanketing changes, equipment storage for tack/carts/harnesses, and more! Your mini will live outside in a paddock with access to a run-in shed and we offer daily turnout in one of our beautiful large grass fields.

If you and your mini enjoy driving, we have access to on-site trails wide and groomed enough for your cart. We also have a grass ring and several large fields for driving in too. We are also a part of a horse agility club (basically an in-hand obstacle course) and set up monthly courses for practice and showing purposes!
