We understand that you have many choices when it comes to choosing a home for your horse. It's important that you feel comfortable with the care and safety of the facility and it is important that you feel comfortable with the people and the atmosphere of the barn. With that in mind, we offer worry free full service boarding. With the owner/ trainer, Jane Hall, living on site, you can be confident that your horse is always under a watchful eye. The 10 x 12 stalls are cleaned seven days a week, and your horse is turned out seven days a week, weather permitting. 24 hour turnout is also available during good weather. Hay is fed in the paddocks and when the horses are in, hay is fed four times a day. Quality Purina and Buckeye feeds are fed twice a day with supplements (provided by you) fed at no extra cost. Our indoor arena is 60 x 120, well lit and well ventilated, our dressage mirrors will help you check your position or see just what your horse is doing as you ride. We have a heated observation room with kitchenette and restroom.

Our boarders have been with us for 10+ years and have enjoyed the relaxed, fun environment. With Tuesday night potluck and riding, yoga night (yes, it does help you ride better!) wine tasting parties, games on horseback in the winter months when things can get boring. We travel to shows of all types and trail ride a lot! If it can be done on or with a horse, someone here has done it!

And men, this isn't a "girls only" barn. As the home of the Michigan Cavalry Brigade, we have men who ride here! Mounted shooting sports, saber courses and mounted drill practices are just a few of the other "try something new" things to do here. You are always welcome to join in or just watch the fun.

Located approximately 20 min from MSU and 30 min from Jackson, we are easy to get to. Have had and currently have students from MSU boarding here. State of the art facility. We are a small private Barn with only 18 stalls. Barn has radiant in floor heat through out kept at 50-55 all winter, makes for easy grooming and spending quality time with your horse. 10X12 stalls are wall to wall matted with heavy ¾ inch rubber mats. Stalls are plywood lined (no edges) for your horses’ safety. Each stall has its own automatic water, Permanently mounted shedding light wired to a central timer if needed. Overhead fan controlled by a thermostat that turns on/off automatically. Heated tack room with security code for each boarder. Security cameras through out entire facility to ensure the utmost in safety. Heated wash rack with large drain and hot and cold water. Laundry with washer, dryer and laundry tub for sheets leg wraps etc. Heated bathroom. Large 72 X 140 indoor arena. Arena has 6 foot of clear panel on each side for lots of natural light. 60 foot round pen. Individual turnouts each with automatic water. Horses do not go out together in the same paddock for safety. Turnouts based on weather and footing but generally 4 to 8 hours per day. Super clean facility. We also offer rehabilitation for injuries with a very controlled environment and elderly horse care.
