This is a Self-Care Boarding Facility. Approximately 2 acres of secluded pasture across the street from an equine veterinary practice. Well-ventilated barn has two approximately 15 x 20' stalls with Dutch doors that open to a large paddock with a gate to a two-acre grass paddocks. Masconette Farm is a 26 acre equine boarding and training facility conveniently located off Route 83 in East Longmeadow, Western Massachusetts. We are just minutes from the city of Springfield, MA and close to Somers, Connecticut. We have been in the business of training horses for over 50 years, 2nd generation and welcome all breeds of horses and disciplines—from English to Western, pleasure, trail, competitive, show and carriage driving and all levels of riders. We provide full board care and facilitate means of training, post injury rehab, layover and rehabilitation programs. Our family farm is located on 40 acres in North Upton Massachusetts. The property directly abuts the 3000 acre Upton State Forest, which connects to the Stefans Farm Conservation area, the Warren Brook Conservation are and the Grafton Land Trust’;s Pell Farm. The farm can house up to 18 horses with 13 residing at the main barn and up to 5 stabled at the small barn. We have 10 cleared acres of grass and dirt paddocks with the remaining 30 acres woodlands and trails. There are two farm ponds suitable for swimming horses in warm weather.
