Cedar Lane Equestrian Center is a Brand new facility offering custom care for your equine family. Full care board is $500. We have 3 separate barns and pasture. All with four rail fencing, heated auto waterers, and run in sheds. Barn 1 is a 7 stall center aisle barn with a 12 x 12 tackroom (with 7 tack lockers). Merkel Farm is nestled between Bowie State University and the Patuxent Wildlife Preserve in Bowie, MD and is within easy reach from the Washington D.C., Annapolis and Baltimore metro areas. The property has a 1/4 mile private new paved driveway, and is backed by the upper stream of the Patuxent River. The farm is less than 1 mile away from Walmart Shopping Center, 3 miles away from Bowie Town Center, less than 20 minutes driving distance to Annapolis, about 30 minutes to Fort Meade, less than 40 minutes driving distance to Washington DC and about 45 minutes to Baltimore. You can also take New Carrollton Amtrak, or Green Belt metro station to Washington DC or many other places.
