Operator/caretaker is on site, has 30 years of personal experience with horses and an educational and professional background in horse care and dressage coaching. Will provide daily care to include twice daily feedings and shed cleanings, blanketing, fly spraying, horse holding, etc. daily turnout options with combined paddock/stall access.

Location is very peaceful with property totaling 11-acres with multiple 3-10 acre neighboring properties. A two stall run-in shed with private storage.
