(20 minutes), Old Town Alexandria (10 minutes) and National Harbor (7 minutes). 40-acre farm with many amenities including lush turnout, large 150 x 80 indoor arena with Airfoot footing, 220 x 170 outdoor grass ring and backs up to Piscataway National Park which is 5000 acres along the Potomac River. A-circuit professional rider and r-rated hunter judge offers weekly lessons. Supportive, friendly, drama-free barn with excellent horse care. If you are a hunter rider who lives or works in or near DC, Alexandria, Waldorf or Upper Marlboro you won't find a facility this nice, with an indoor this large or pastures this green anywhere as close into town. Owner started this barn because she boarded at many other Md. barns close to DC and none of them offered a combination of great care and great training this close to DC. Also offer reasonably priced transportation to local and rated shows in Va./Md./Pa.
