We focus on providing the best quality care for top level competing horses. 6-12x12 matted stalls with windows and reduced dust shavings, locally top quality alfalfa/grass hay, 100x200 outdoor arena, 90x220 indoor arena with footing provided by MVP Ventures (same as Ledges), indoor hot/cold wash rack, heated tack room, heated foyer, foaling stall, huge grass pastures with automatic waterers, lean-to shelters and safe fencing, hay field with natural jumps, trails and bridle path throughout the property. Country stable, no drama. 10 by 10 stalls with daily turnout in 20 acre pasture. Complete feed, sweet feed, and hay supplied. Horses are fed twice a day and stalls are cleaned every day. Water buckets are emptied daily. We have security cams and I live on the property and I don't have any other job except my barn. I have vet and farrier references. Indoor and outdoor arenas and the roads here are great for a long ride. The barn is never closed, and the people here are all nice and friendly. Just off of Rt. 47 in Elgin, we provide boarding in 20- 12x14 and larger matted stalls, 40+ acres of well kept grass pastures and limestone paddocks (with lean-to's) for daily turnout, hay 3 times a day and grain 2 times a day. Heated barn with connected 85 x 225 indoor arena for year-round lessons and a large outdoor arena. Cozy, heated viewing room; washer/dryer; clean bathroom; hot and cold water wash rack; 1 large heated tack room for boarders, and 2 smaller tack rooms for schooling equipment; gated entrance and paved driveway leading to large parking lot for cars and trailers.
