Small private facility with 22 stalls located on 15 acres in Peotone. All stalls are 10X12 matted, with automatic water system, and cleaned 6 days per week. All horses are turned out daily (weather permitting), on either grass pastures, or limestone turnouts. Custom feeding program provided with basis being on free choice hay and supplements fed at no extra charge. Facilities include 80X160 outdoor arena with all weather footing and 3 board fencing, 70X150 indoor arena with mirrored walls, and sand/mix footing. Other amenities include a heated viewing room, heated tack room and wash rack with hot/cold water. Free trailer parking provided.

Specialization: All disciplines welcome. We are currently home to hunters/jumpers, eventers, dressage, western pleasure and Saddlebred horses.

Are you feeling like your horse isn't getting the attention or treatment it deserves? Feeling like the food being given isn't enough or stalls aren't being cleaned daily or properly?

Then look no further! We take great pride in getting to know each of our horses and what their needs are. We believe in horses living as natural of a life as possible. That means when they get turned out in the morning after their grain they have unlimited access to hay. No more hearing that horses are fed 2x a day, we believe in ALL DAY!

When they come in at night they are given their nightly grain as well as, the amount of hay that they need. One amount does not fit all horses! One of our horses gets a bale of hay in the evening :)

It is our belief that when temperatures dip low that horses need a little something extra, so they are also given beet pulp on those chilly days, at no extra cost to you!

Not only will you love our personal attention given to each horse, you are sure to love all the amenities with our barn.

Whether you ride English or Western, compete or just trail ride our barn has everything you could want and need. We also have a trainer on staff who would be more than happy to further you in any discipline.

We are a private barn with only 15 stalls located in Manhattan, IL.

We believe in a NO drama, stress free and family friendly environment. The last Sunday of every month we host a potluck BBQ and love setting up group trail rides. The Will County Forest Preserve Trails are within riding distance of our barn.

No hidden charges for supplements, boots, blankets. We all pitch in and help each other out for the sake of our horses! We are as laid back super easy going and friendly as can be for both horse & human.

**Most important factor is to mesh a well mannered calm/gentle peaceful herd. Spring/summer the pastures are very lush. Open to discussing different scenarios and accomodations for your horse.

Costs:
Board: $575 + shavings(+ small security deposit), this includes all of the above.
Owner: pays for shavings as you need it, our barn is stocked with shaving and you tally them as you use and only get charged for usage which keeps the boarders fees down because horses are out all day cost tends to be less than most barns.
Owner: supplies the feed you choose to use.

Trainers welcome, and/or possible arena rental available. Will be looked at on a case by case basis.
