Mountain Breeze Stables has been operating since 2003. It is located 6 miles west of Marietta Square in West Cobb near the intersection of Barrett Parkway (East-West Connector) and Dallas Highway (120). 4 miles from Kennesaw Mountain with 16 miles of trails.

We have 12 acres with a large pasture and 2 separate paddocks. Individual turnout is not available. Newly graded for drainage issues. Fences are all new RAMM Flex Fence. All areas of the property are fenced in with a Ghost automatic gate for security. We have 12x12 stalls with new Stall Saver mats installed in 2020. The stalls are kept full of shavings. We have an indoor wash rack with hot and cold water, a large round pen, and a lit riding arena with a new covered viewing deck. The barn has a heated and air-conditioned tack room with a bathroom. Newly graded for drainage issues.

We provide feed to maintain the proper weight of your horse. We currently have Triple Crown Senior Gold, Tribute Kalm 'N EZ GC Plus, Seminole Wellness Perform Senior, Triple Crown rice bran, Seminole Equalizer, alfalfa pellets, timothy pellets, wheat bran, and beet pulp shreds. We provide Simplifly Feed-Thru Fly Control. We will add supplements that you provide in the evening feeding.

Outside trainers are welcome.

We offer full board only. $950/month We do not offer pasture or partial board. We do not need any additional help at this time.

The barn is protected with 24-hour video surveillance. We live on the property, and someone is available at all times.... See More

Westover is located close to the intersection of Burnt Hickory Road and Barrett Parkway. It is a beautiful quiet setting just minutes from the Kennesaw Mountain trails. There are a total of twelve acres divided into two pastures and one paddock. Both pastures have access to a large pond. Large pasture has a run-in shelter, smaller pasture has access to stalls with tack rooms. Pasture board only or pasture board with stall available. All 3-board white fencing - no wires. Triple D Ranch is a private, family-owned farm on 70 acres in NW Cobb. Our ranch consists of an eight stall barn with 12x12 stalls, 25 acres of pastures, a paddock, a lighted arena, a round pen, and 40 additional acres with wooded trails. We have both full ($620) and pasture ($440) board. Our horses like to be outside eating our nice Bermuda and fescue grass. There are no horses left in the barn full-time. Full boarders will be put in stalls in the barn for feeding time, during inclement weather, and as needed for their health. Royal Crest Stable is a stable with a laid back atmosphere that allows for you to spend time with your horse without the stress and pressure of a show barn.

Though we are laid back, we focus on proper care and horsemanship above anything else. The goal of this stable is for you to have fun while building a relationship with your horse, which will ultimately further your riding skills.
We specialize in dressage and hunter jumper, but any discipline is welcome. We do welcome clients that want to bring their own trainers. For trainers, there is a charge of a $10 ring fee per person, per lesson.

Full board is $550 a month. This price includes morning hay and grain (Orchard/Fescue mix hay and Seminole Senior feed), lunch hay, and evening hay and grain with supplements if your horse requires. This price also includes turnout daily, and stalls cleaned twice daily, worming (with charge of wormer), and I also weigh all the the horses with weight tape on the first of every month. In the winter, horses will be blanketed as necessary, and a night check is conducted at around 9:00pm nightly.

The stable includes a bathroom, a large ring, arena lights, spacious tack room, a fridge and microwave, a gravel turn around for horse trailers, large wash rack, and a tested fire alarm system with the fire department right around the corner. The stalls are a comfortable 12x12 and matted. Feed and water buckets provided.

We do allow three cribbing horses at a time since the stable allows for me to be able to put them separate from non-cribbers. They must wear a cribbing collar.
