We have experienced the stress, nightmares, anxiety of weather or not they are being fed, handled properly, stalls/water buckets cleaned, etc. So we strive to be the best we can be to accommodate each individual horse and owner. We want this to be the perfect forever home for you and your horses. Salty Acres isn’t just another boarding facility. We go the extra mile to ensure you and your horses feel safe, happy and at home! We have a beautiful Morton Barn with tack room, restroom, stable comfort stall mattresses, fans and nelson waterers. The stable comfort stall mattresses promote blood flow so no stocking up or sore joints from being stalled.

We are so proud to offer different board options with the best care in the area and reasonable pricing. We do it because we care! Pricing will increase as our property continues to expand and amenities added.

Our new farm is located in Dunnellon just 5 minutes away from rainbow springs, 15 minutes from HITS, 20 minutes from WEC, 30 minutes to Ocala, 30 minutes to Crystal River and 45 minutes to Gainesville. We are also close to many different state parks great for trail riding! We are on a 40 acre facility and in the process of putting up all brand new fencing, shelters in each pasture with misters for non sweaters in these crucial summer months, arena, round pen, nice center isle barn, and more!! We also have a pond that is safe for swimming your horses in.

We may not be the cheapest around or have our facility completely finished yet but we can guarantee the care, respect and loyalty you and your horse will receive will be worth it. We do everything we can to keep horses and owners happy. We love hearing about any ideas you may have to better our facility or the way we do things. We appreciate any constructive criticism we may get as we know it will help us to create the perfect home for your horses. Simplicity Stables is a first class equestrian facility that has something for just about anybody interested in learning or continuing their hunter/jumper riding or western riding, whether just for pleasure or competition. We are not solely an AQHA barn. The staff has competed, trained and shown many years in the open USEF circuit hunters and jumpers. We offer boarding, training, sales and riding lessons for all ages. Our prices are competitive with all the area's other facilities, but we are confident our programs will give you or your child not only fun with riding horses but the education to do so correctly.
Our complete horse show schedule follows through all year with both the local level shows including GOHJA and Horseshows in the Park to the A circuit including HITS. We also attend the AQHA circuit shows with our horses in the Hunter, Lounge line, Equitation, Western Pleasure, Western Riding, Showmanship and Horsemanship divisions. Here at Simplicity Stables, we are very proud of our family-friendly atmosphere with a competitive edge. We promote safety first as well as instruct our riders in the traditional hunt seat riding. Effectiveness is key to the competitive rider and we follow a program that will teach the rider to not only look good but to ride well too. Arbordale Riding Academy is located on 15 acres Odessa which is located in the NW Tampa metro area. We feature over 30 stalls, a large round pen, a large arena, large paddocks and an 8 acre pasture.

We offer lessons, training and boarding and specialize in beautiful Morgan and Saddlebred horses...but all breeds are welcome!

Our horses and riders compete and win at local, state and regional levels and we have qualified horses and riders for National competetion every year.

We instruct riders from age 6 and up and are proud of our strong group of youth riders.

I have a very clean and organized 10 stall center aisle hunter/jumper barn on 10 acres. You get a lot for your money at my barn. I feed top of the line feed. Seminole Wellness Perform Safe. Horses get 3 flakes of T/A hay a day. I do pasture rotation so grass has time to rest. I seed and fertilize my pastures. I compost my manure. I use "Fly Predators" for fly control. Horses are turned out for 4 to 6 hours a day depending on weather. Horses live in a 12 x 12 stall with wall to wall stall mats, floating on a bed of clean shavings. Fans in every stall. Large and organized tack room. Wet and Dry crossties with hot water. Air conditioned riders lounge with refrigerator. 2 clean bathrooms with paper towels and toilet paper (we spare no expense). We have 2 rings: one small dressage ring and one large full jump course ring with new footing. We will be putting lights in the small dressage arena the first of 2013. I also have a very experienced trainer at the barn if you would like to have instruction on using your horse to their full potential. Nice group of people at the barn. We also do shows if you are interested in that. Caretaker lives on property and is there 24/7. All horses get tucked in at night to make sure everyone is healthy at night time.
