I have a very clean and organized 10 stall center aisle hunter/jumper barn on 10 acres. You get a lot for your money at my barn. I feed top of the line feed. Seminole Wellness Perform Safe. Horses get 3 flakes of T/A hay a day. I do pasture rotation so grass has time to rest. I seed and fertilize my pastures. I compost my manure. I use "Fly Predators" for fly control. Horses are turned out for 4 to 6 hours a day depending on weather. Horses live in a 12 x 12 stall with wall to wall stall mats, floating on a bed of clean shavings. Fans in every stall. Large and organized tack room. Wet and Dry crossties with hot water. Air conditioned riders lounge with refrigerator. 2 clean bathrooms with paper towels and toilet paper (we spare no expense). We have 2 rings: one small dressage ring and one large full jump course ring with new footing. We will be putting lights in the small dressage arena the first of 2013. I also have a very experienced trainer at the barn if you would like to have instruction on using your horse to their full potential. Nice group of people at the barn. We also do shows if you are interested in that. Caretaker lives on property and is there 24/7. All horses get tucked in at night to make sure everyone is healthy at night time.
