Cottonwood Equestrian Center in Lithia is offering spacious stalls (most 13' x 14' or 12' x 14) for $500 full stall board. Full board includes day or night turn out, rotational deworming every other month, custom feed program, blanketing and unblanketing in winter months and we are happy to fly spray before turn out if you leave your fly spray bottle on the blanket bar on the stall. We use slow feed hay nets to ensure everything is eaten instead of walked into the bedding. The barn is equipped with a bathroom (shower to follow) as well as a small refrigerator and microwave for your convenience. Additionally, the very roomy tack room is climate-controlled, has an equine meds refrigerator and there is plenty of storage for belongings. There are multiple surveillance cameras in the barn in addition to what is already on the property. Beautiful, quiet 10-acre property has a 70-foot round pen, two riding pastures, one with a dressage area and the other with a full jump course, grass turn outs, spacious hacking path with cross-country jumps and a future plan for competitive trail course. The barn has fifteen 12x12 stalls, each with a large window. The horses have daily turn out in our grassy paddocks. There are 2 inside wash racks, as well as 3 outside wash racks. An air-conditioned and heated lounge provides for socialization and for watching after-lesson videos. Our oversized, LIGHTED riding arena has full jumper and hunter courses and is perfect for riding year round. Pat has excellent, positive communication skills with horses and riders and has successfully trained clients at all riding levels. He trains horses from green-broke to the advanced Hunter/Jumper divisions. Pat also lives right on the property.

Pat truly enjoys teaching his students to become better riders. He strives to make each client’s riding experience enjoyable and informative. He is the type of trainer that when he tells you what to do on a horse, he explains why he wants you to do it, and what he expects you to see and feel as a result of what he’s asking. We are a 10 acre open riding discipline facility offering 14 stalls for boarding. We offer the best care to your horse as well as providing excellent services to you. You also get up to 3 "freebie" days per month where we'll do the stall cleaning and feedings for you. We realize that one can't always make it, so we allow for these 3 days to help with this.

Our boarding facility has openings for full stall board for $350 a month. We are also offering reduced board for boarders who can clean stalls each week.
Our board includes feeding of Nutrena Safe Choice pellet feed and Triumph sweet feed twice a day, as well as coastal hay. If an alternative hay or feed is requested we can provide it with alteration to the board. We provide full bedding as well. Stalls are cleaned every day, your horse will never step back into a dirty stall.
With this the horses are stalled during the day and turned out into the paddocks at night, this applies in the spring and summer. The schedule is switched during the fall and winter months. Each horse is well looked after and inspected each time they are led from and to the barn, we make sure each horses needs are met.
The horses are turned out in groups according to behavior. We separate any horses that do not get along to avoid all injuries. Boarders are informed of all farrier and vet appointments.
