Erin Ranch is a small 5 acre boarding facility with 8 12x12 indoor stalls and small indoor arena for riding in the cold months. Daily turnout is provided into larger runs with off the ground feeders and 70 gallon water tanks. Your horse will be fed twice a day which includes: Grass hay and 1 lb of grain daily. I will blanket if you wish on cold days. Area on site for free trailer parking. Tack room with wash bay and cross ties. Two small pastures for rotating turn out summer months (no garanee). Vantage Point Farm has been owned and operated in Colorado Springs since 1992 by its owner, Lenore Raff, who is a US Dressage Federation Bronze Medal winner. VPF has a track record of excellence in the care of our clients and we are small enough to ensure attention to detail and custom aspects of care.

VPF is situated on the edge of the Black Forest, just minutes NE of Colorado Springs. The Forest boasts a good network of well maintained, easily accessible trails.

Our facilities include a 72x140 indoor arena footed with sand and rubber, a regulation dressage arena outdoors and a jumping area. All stalls are 12x12 rubber matted, and all water to stalls and paddocks is heated/temperature controlled. All fencing is horse-safe and all pasture boarded horses have access to 3 sided shelters.

Full board includes 2 grain feeding/daily and hay. Owner provided feed, supplements or medications are fed at no additional cost. Stalls are cleaned daily. Paddocks and shelters are cleaned 2x weekly weather permitting. We now host 3 tiers of board to provide flexibility and affordability for more horse owners.

We offer both pasture and stalled full-care boarding. Tina Huston, the owner/trainer, lives at the facility. Your horse will always have an experienced and caring eye watching. Many references are available and trailer parking is free.

Clinics, lessons, and training are also available with Tina. She has over 40 years of equestrian experience and has trained with several of the top horsemen in the industry. Tina combines natural horsemanship and dressage techniques to train horses and riders for safety and all-around horsemanship and competition.

Full Care Horse Boarding. Looking for a small, homey and quiet stable away from the crowds? Red Horse is a great place for beginners or experienced riders. This is a stable where horses and people make good friends. It's nothing fancy to look at, but the care is experienced and reliable. Excellent grass and/or alfalfa hay. Near Thornton and Commerce City. Miles of riding along the South Platte River greenbelt and surrounding acreage. Bald eagles fly over regularly. Large runs with box stalls, outdoor arena and round pen. You saddle up and ride, we'll do the work.

Board includes a box stall with large run for each horse, excellent quality hay fed twice a day, watering, mucking, turn out for sociable horses, round pen and outdoor arena. Sheds for storage. Stock tanks heaters used in the winter. The riding trail starts about 20 feet from the stable and runs along the beautiful South Platte River. Additional riding acreage behind stable. Yearly vet clinics to save Boarders money and a scheduled farrier. Horse chiropractor also available. Rotation deworming and vaccinations required. Approved guests and behaved dogs are welcome to visit.

What a lovely little set up! Small stable with a vigilant and caring owner who makes sure all of the horses boarded there are well cared for. Stable owner gets the best hay, and makes sure the horses have plenty of fresh water. She sets up regular vet and farrier appointments (group rates make it cheaper). She makes sure there's a good "buddy system" for turn out time(s) and there's plenty of room on the property for the horses to stretch their legs. Each horse has its own shed/stall with an ample run attached. The facility is right across the street from the South Platte River greenbelt with miles of trails for riding.
