Stalls go into a 50 foot run and these horses have an option to be turned out into a large paddock. All indoor boarders get an access to an exclusive heated tack room/lounge room with fridge and BBQ grill. You are paying for an experience and not just a home for your horse. Sit on the leather couches and plan your day. Pasture horses have lean two's and plenty of room, and clean water tanks to keep them hydrated. All horses are fed quality grass hay twice daily with options for grain feeding. The owner is a well known and very experienced farrier who can take care of any farrier needs. Also a large vet clinic is less than 20 minutes away. We have a full size outdoor arena and a oversized indoor round pen that can be used to keep your horses exercised year round. You can enjoy riding your horses on the ranches 400 acres. The ranch has it's own lake. You can pack a lunch and head to the lake for a peaceful meal. Boarders can ride through the cattle herd and enjoy the Colorado cowboy life. The ranch also offers many other activities. Tack room and trailer parking is all behind locked gates to keep your things safe. Located a short hour drive along I-76 just outside of Denver, which makes this simple to get to but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. DEKO Ranch is a full service equestrian facility for all riding abilities. Our ranch is set up for team roping, cutting, barrel racing, reining, jumping and many other disciplines and welcomes all riding abilities. Multiple boarding and custom care options with a friendly atmosphere. Owner's live onsite and take meticulous care of the grounds and facilities. Property: DeKo Ranch consists of 45 acres with an additional 100 acres to explore. Box Elder Creek meanders through the property and runs all year. The creek provides a picturesque setting for our boarders and guests to enjoy nature and trail rides.

Outdoor Arena: 150 x 360 foot outdoor arena has a side alley and pens to accommodate cattle. The size of the arena allows for roping, reining, riding, barrel racing, cutting and more.

Round Pen: 50' Round Pen had deep footing and rubber kick walls. This is a great spot to work with a young horse or get some ground work done.

Indoor Arena: The indoor barn is 50 x 120 and has excellent footing. A dust palliative is added to make it enjoyable to ride year round.

Breezeway Barn: This extension off our indoor arena provides your horses with protection from the elements and a convenient location. Each of the 10 runs has a separate heated Nelson automatic waterer a heavy pipe fencing. 12 X 40 single horse runs

Outdoor Runs: We built these pens to last with heavy pipe fencing. Each pen has a heated Nelson automatic waterer and 12x12 sheltered area. Includes feeding twice daily and cleaning of pens as needed. Two horses will easily fit in these 30 x 50 runs.

Full care horse boarding includes hay 3 times a day(more is the weather is cold and damp), custom feeding program, heated water in the winter, sand clear product, pen cleaning. Most people who come to look comment on the large pens and the friendly horses. There is lots of room to ride, obstacles to train on, and many turnout pastures. Other amenities include, three large outdoor arenas, one lighted; five 60 ft. round pens, one lighted 70 ft. diameter round pen.
Private and group lessons for all ages and skill levels. Ongoing classes in agility, liberty, horsemanship- basics to advanced skills, trail obstacles. Promenade has various drill teams and participates in local parades. Horsemanship camps held during summer, Christmas and spring breaks.
Training philosophy is combination of natural horsemanship and classical dressage, what some call "New Age" horsemanship.
