DEKO Ranch is a full service equestrian facility for all riding abilities. Our ranch is set up for team roping, cutting, barrel racing, reining, jumping and many other disciplines and welcomes all riding abilities. Multiple boarding and custom care options with a friendly atmosphere. Owner's live onsite and take meticulous care of the grounds and facilities. Barn Staff are onsite most of the day and will monitor you horses health and ensure your feed requirements are met.

Property: DeKo Ranch consists of 45 acres with an additional 100 acres to explore. Box Elder Creek meanders through the property and runs all year. The creek provides a picturesque setting for our boarders and guests to enjoy nature and trail rides.

Outdoor Arena: 150 x 360 foot outdoor arena has a side alley and pens to accommodate cattle. The size of the arena allows for roping, reining, riding, barrel racing, cutting and more.

Round Pen: 50' Round Pen had deep footing and rubber kick walls. This is a great spot to work with a young horse or get some ground work done.

Indoor Arena: The indoor barn is 50 x 120 and has excellent footing. A dust palliative is added to make it enjoyable to ride year round.

Breezeway Barn: This extension off our indoor arena provides your horses with protection from the elements and a convenient location. Each of the 10 runs has a separate heated Nelson automatic waterer a heavy pipe fencing. 12 X 40 single horse runs

Outdoor Runs: We built these pens to last with heavy pipe fencing. Each pen has a heated Nelson automatic waterer and 12x12 sheltered area. Includes feeding twice daily and cleaning of pens as needed. Two horses will easily fit in these 30 x 50 runs.

Pinecrest Stables is a small horse boarding facility with a family atmosphere. Located in beautiful Green Mtn Falls just a trail ride away from Pikes Peak. We have 10 matted stalls which are 12ft x 12ft with an attached 12ft x 36ft run. Also paddock space with new leanto shelters and safe fencing available with never more that 4 horses per paddock. Paddocks range in size, average is 100'x 80'. Horses are fed 3 times a day. We have an indoor arena and an outdoor roundpen. There are many trails, some lead into national forest. We offer barn stalls 10/12 or 12/12. Currently, 3 are occupied, but both 12/12's are available. We provide hay twice daily, grains, and supplements (owner provided). Turn out a minimum of 3 times a week. Blanketing jncluded (provided by owner) . I use shavings as well and muck the stalls twice daily. We have a riding arena for you to ride and also 35 acres of riding available along the Little Thompson River. I feed twice a day and do have alfalfa for purchase. I am installing Starlink and working on my app so you can check on your horse at all times. We do have a shared tack room, bathroom facilities as well. Vantage Point Farm has been owned and operated in Colorado Springs since 1992 by its owner, Lenore Raff, who is a US Dressage Federation Bronze Medal winner. VPF has a track record of excellence in the care of our clients and we are small enough to ensure attention to detail and custom aspects of care.

VPF is situated on the edge of the Black Forest, just minutes NE of Colorado Springs. The Forest boasts a good network of well maintained, easily accessible trails.

Our facilities include a 72x140 indoor arena footed with sand and rubber, a regulation dressage arena outdoors and a jumping area. All stalls are 12x12 rubber matted, and all water to stalls and paddocks is heated/temperature controlled. All fencing is horse-safe and all pasture boarded horses have access to 3 sided shelters.

Full board includes 2 grain feeding/daily and hay. Owner provided feed, supplements or medications are fed at no additional cost. Stalls are cleaned daily. Paddocks and shelters are cleaned 2x weekly weather permitting. We now host 3 tiers of board to provide flexibility and affordability for more horse owners.

We have been breeding Hanoverian and Friesian sport horses for over 30 years and currently stand a young Friesian stallion.
