Base board includes twice-a-day hay and cleaning where applicable. We will feed owner provided grain, pellets, supplements or medications. 25 years of experience in the horse business. Ranch is owned and managed by a trainer, instructor, clinician and horse show judge. 10 minutes away from Rancho Murieta Equestrian Center. 30 minutes to Brookside and Starr Vaughn. I have 3 spots left for boarding your horses. They get to run free on 45 acres or smaller pasture is available, just need fence up. They drink from NID and you only need to bring your own hay and I'll feed. Horses need to be wormed. I give my herd livestock grain/wormer. Just bring and I can help with that. We have 2 covered arenas as well as 4 grassy turnouts so your horse can have grazing time. We also have 2 non covered arenas for your use and 2 round pens. Great arena and grooming lighting so you're able to play with your horse anytime.

All stalls have paddocks. Stalls are cleaned daily, we feed quality hay (alfalfa or grass) and trailer parking is free. We also feed any of your supplements at no extra charge.

Our Rescue facility has 12 stalls. Each are 12' x 12' with rubber mats, automatic waterers and 24' walkouts. There are cross ties, wash racks, and six turn out paddocks. At 8 Oaks Ranch, horses are kept in pastures in pairs, with run-in shelters, automatic waterers, salt mineral blocks, and shade trees. We feed generous amounts of quality orchard grass hay in the mornings, and grain hay in the evenings. We are a quick 5-minute ride down our country lane to the beautiful trails along Folsom Lake, where you can ride for miles and miles on a variety of trails. There is a 175x100 arena, a round pen, a horse washing area, and an obstacle course for desensitization training. We are a Family Friendly Stables where horse owners of all styles of riding board here. Our stalls are 12x12 with rubber mats with corrals of 12x20 in pipe fencing. Some of our stalls are slightly larger and vary in price accordingly. You have your own spot in our Secure Tack Room and we have Wash Racks, as well as Groom & Tack Up areas. With two outdoor arenas: a Dressage Court and a Jumping Arena, both with lights and sprinklers, an acre Turn-Out pasture and Orangevale Park across the street where there is a huge arena, a round pen and 30 acres of trails, boarders have plenty of choices to choose from to work their horse. Feeding of additional supplements provided by owners, blanket and fly mask adjusting daily are included at no extra charge.
