Base board includes twice-a-day hay and cleaning where applicable. We will feed owner provided grain, pellets, supplements or medications. 25 years of experience in the horse business. I have 3 spots left for boarding your horses. They get to run free on 45 acres or smaller pasture is available, just need fence up. They drink from NID and you only need to bring your own hay and I'll feed. Horses need to be wormed. I give my herd livestock grain/wormer. Just bring and I can help with that. We are a very laid back facility that does lots of trail riding, some showing and many more horse related things in a quiet stress free atmosphere for your horse.

we are also involved in Equine Trail Sports which is a wonderful sport for all ages and levels of riding and work to support any of our boarders to participate if they wish.

We have 2 covered arenas as well as 4 grassy turnouts so your horse can have grazing time. We also have 2 non covered arenas for your use and 2 round pens. Great arena and grooming lighting so you're able to play with your horse anytime.

All stalls have paddocks. Stalls are cleaned daily, we feed quality hay (alfalfa or grass) and trailer parking is free. We also feed any of your supplements at no extra charge.

Our Rescue facility has 12 stalls. Each are 12' x 12' with rubber mats, automatic waterers and 24' walkouts. There are cross ties, wash racks, and six turn out paddocks. At 8 Oaks Ranch, horses are kept in pastures in pairs, with run-in shelters, automatic waterers, salt mineral blocks, and shade trees. We feed generous amounts of quality orchard grass hay in the mornings, and grain hay in the evenings. We are a quick 5-minute ride down our country lane to the beautiful trails along Folsom Lake, where you can ride for miles and miles on a variety of trails. There is a 175x100 arena with lights and sprinklers, a round pen, a horse washing area, and an obstacle course for desensitization training.
