We have successfully saved over 700 GSDs from high kill shelters across the SE, successfully placing them into loving homes with forever families. NBSR was founded in honor of Murphy, a service dog who not only saved his owners life, but gave her a New Beginning in her life. He stood in the forefront, as the ambassador for NBSR, for over 9 years! Even after Murphy's passing, he continues to inspire our everyday work to save this wonderful breed that is so misunderstood by so many.
