I own a family run business with my husand Paul and my son Ethan called Maye Show Ponies, located in Fairfield, Va just 7 miles north of the Virginia Horse Center. We specialize in training, and showing young ponies for the hunter market. We always have a nice selection of young ponies for sale as wel,l from weanlings on up to already showing in the performance ring. We can be found at the local and A shows, in the performance and breeding rings. Lessons, training and showing, plus we offer a great consignment sale pony program. Baily Dent Equestrian is an established program located in just outside of Charlottesville, Va. at Millington Stables. Our facility boasts 50 stalls, 2 out door rings, spacious grassy turnout, and 1000+ acres of trails through Farmington Hunt Country. Baily Dent is our head trainer. She grew up riding and showing in Charlottesville, Virginia and has spent a lifetime showing at some of the most prestigious horse show in the country. Baily has successfully brought along many young horses and riders to achieve the same kind of success she has enjoyed throughout her career. Baily stresses good basics in her teaching and believes that this strong foundation is what brings riders success in and out of the show ring with their horses. I have a very patient teaching style that works with children as well as adult riders. I will take a limited number of consignment horses. Showing locally as well as at USEF recognized shows and fox hunting. I will work with recreational riders as well as those wishing to compete.
