Hunter Vale spends nicer three seasons in Ohio and winters with training offered in both Ohio and Ocala Florida. We take a progressive approach to training. Graystone provide the highest quality lessons, training, and care offered in the Northeast Ohio area. Services include boarding, training hunters/jumpers, public riding lessons, showing on USHJA/USEF "A" circuit and local OPHA schooling shows, and horse sales and leasing. Our training programs are customized to meet the horse's and rider's needs. For our lesson program we have horses that can accommodate all ages and levels of riding and will give you the tools to succeed in this sport. Heidi D'Angelo is a USEF Certified Hunter/Jumper Trainer and Judge operating out of Cleveland Equestrian Center. Run is willing to travel to private barns as well as on site training at shows. Heidi has over 20 years of experience - successfully developing all levels of riders and training or re-training horses and ponies. This has been achieved by consistently developing and implementing personalized programs for each individual rider and animal. Skill levels range from beginner to advanced riders with emphasis on sportsmanship, goal setting, and safety. Our facility offers a 200' x 100' insulated quiet arena as well as an outdoor sand arena. Our on-site professional is Heather Froehlich Cortell.  Heather is a second generation horse trainer with extensive experience in hunters, jumpers, equitation, dressage and horse health care.  Heather has very successfully shown at Regional ‘A’ rated shows qualifying for nationals 6 consecutive years as a child rider.
Heather has trained with a variety of top professional trainers including Lynn Cartellone, Jeff Gogul, Farra Phillips-Hillyard, Cindy Foster, and Sergio Jimenez.  She has also attended numerous clinics, studying the concepts of George Morris, Susan Harris, Felicitous, John Roper and Frank Madden.  During 2006, 2007, & 2008 she served as the assistant coach for the Bucknell Equestrian Team as well as assistant trainer and manager for Fox View Farms in Lewisburg PA, training horses and riders of all levels under the leadership of Farra Phillips-Hillyard.
 Heather and her staff are an experienced and enthusiastic group dedicated to producing well rounded, effective and confident equestrians.  Heather and her students attend shows and clinics in order to keep current on the latest riding and teaching techniques. Heather has attained a high skill level of riding and is able to school or re-school the greenest horses.

Fantastic winning 16.3h, 9 year old gelding by Elite Holsteiner sire Calido I and out of a Catoki Mare. Currently jumping 1.30/1.35m has the scope to go to the top. Very careful, nibble, rideable and goes off any stride. Lovely kind, fun horse that is easy in every way.
