Our Summer Camp is run by Legacy Equestrian Team instructor Andrea Hendricks with her staff members and includes:

* Unique hands on interaction with horses and other farm animals
* Daily riding instruction and horse safety lessons

A family tradition family stable that is committed to all levels of riders, beginner thru advanced. We teach huntseat, saddleseat and western styles of riding with emphasis in the American Saddlebred, although all breeds are welcome and enjoyed. Windridge Farm, located on 60 lush green acres, offers a fun and educational summer camp with a hands on opportunity to learn all aspects of horsemanship while making friends and meeting our ponies and horses. Our camp counselors and helpers are true horse lovers and well informed & experienced horse people. We specialize in having a great time in horse camp!

Includes:
​A daily lesson with a certified instructor
Learning to tack up, untack, groom, feed and bathe a horse
Review anatomy, care, nutrition and more through fun games, activities and crafts

Demonstrations: Jumping, Horseshoeing & Vital Signs and First Aid​

Want to keep riding after summer camp? We offer year round lessons in our outside arena and two indoor arenas!
We also offer some horses and ponies for share boarding or leasing.

Want to go to horse shows? We offer entry level shows at the farm and we also attend local & national shows with our show team.

Summer Camp for children and teens ages 7 to 18years. We focus on learning about horses and working on social and emotional skills such as Respect, Relationship skills, Responsibility, Empathy, Boundaries and Making healthy choices. Teach basic first aid for horses. Topics covered include basic horse health: taking vitals, bandaging techniques and proper weight measurements. Also discussed are common horse health ailments. Day long class, starts around 9:00am and ends about 4:00pm. Morning snacks, water and lunch are provided by me, as well as an afternoon treat. Camp at Palladia Farm is a great way for children to begin or continue their equine education both on and off the horse. Learn safety zones around a horse and at the farm, develop basic horsemanship and equine caretaking abilities, and practice your riding skills while mounted atop one of our safe, experienced school horses.
