Blue Wave Stable specializes in selective breeding of Belgium Warmblood Sporthorses. Our Spring foal, Phoenix arrived March 27th 2010 and she is GORGEOUS. She will be 17 hands minimum....her legs tell the whole story. Her Mama is 16'3 and all her get have reached 17+ hands. Phoenix has incredible confirmation. She is big boned with a nice hip, sloping shoulders and a back with perfect saddle placement. This little filly is incredibly friendly. She already, clips, leads and loads. She will let you touch her all over her body, legs, stomach wherever. Her step is very light and airy. I have already witness her jump over a barrel. She loves to run but her trot is delightful. Her bloodlinmes include International Gran Prix Champions on both sides. Her Sire is a registered Hanovarian and her Dam is a registered branded Belgium Warmblood. While she is clearly courageous and loves to run, she has the sweetest disposition and will leave her mother in the pasture for the chance of a scratch on the neck. We imprinted and her openness to humans is awesome. Being the only baby at the farm right now, she is handled a ton and around a lot of children. She is fearless and loves kids. We are currently asking $7,500 but that price will go up with training.
