Running Horse Ranch is nestled in the mountainous foot hills of the vast Angeles National Forest. Still a secret, RHR offers skilled and experienced horse riders exceptional trail rides, of which nature lover and horse friends have dreamed off. Our well trained performance- endurance horses act not only athletic, but are experts on technically challenging cross country outdoor trails. During the rides guests will be spoiled with incredible scenic wild west views. But more importantly riders find on Running Horse Ranch an opportunity for an outstanding riding experience on some fast paced rides, like long straight or windy trot sequences, possibility of gallops, while joint with technical trail challenges, like extreme mountain climbing up and down, switchbacks riding, crossing ravine, bending under or leaning around tree branches, or even getting of the horse to lead for a moment- to overcome a trail challenge while keeping a technically, challenging situation save!

The ranch also offers for novice/ beginner adult riders guided trail rides. Parents find for children/ toddler as young as of three years of age a selection of super friendly ponies. If you wish to get your tot on to the pony, we've got you covered! All rides on the trails are guided, so come and let your kids explore right from horseback the sparkling beauty of our enchanting nature paradise!
