Magowan Ranch is a true "all-around" horse operation. We are located at Scottsdale Rd & Dynamite (off Loop 101 & Scottsdale Rd in north Scottsdale). Our trainers/instructors offer a variety of disciplines such as basic riding skills / recreational trail riding (for beginners to intermediate), barrel racing and gaming events (gymkhana), dressage, driving, and more! Our instructor is friendly, polite, and a true professional with more than 20 years of experience. We accept riders age 4 and up; we specialize in pre-teens, teens, and adults! Riders learn to ride properly, not just kick and yank on their horse. We strive to create correct, happy riders with a horse who is a willing partner. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced rider - we can create a flexible program to suit your goals. If you'd like to ride just for fun, or begin a competitive show career, we are here for you! Affordable & flexible scheduling!

We also offer horse boarding, horse training, horse care classes, birthday parties, special events, and more! Our 10 acre facility boasts 3 indoor barns (large stalls, misters, lights, lounge area, bathrooms, and more), 3 large arenas, a covered round pen, 5 large turn outs, and more!
