Box stalls with runs, 2 arena's 150 x 300 with lights and 90 x 210, 4 round pens, hot walker, turn out, snack shack, lunch area with bbq and cover, and more.feed 2 times a day, clean, water, we offer alfalfa hay, 4 way, bermuda hay, orchard, pellets.Located at 1450 Tierra Rejada Road, Simi Valley, CA just under Ronald Regan Libuary. We also foal out mares in a fully covered 24 x 24 corral. Corrals have lights for the night time.
