Meadows of Moorpark Equestrian Center / Horse Boarding Farm in Moorpark, California

Our 40-acre working ranch and equestrian event center was founded in 1979. Located in the foothills of Ventura County. We are a family run working ranch secluded in a small valley between the town of Moorpark and the community of Somis. our ranch is an original 1890 homestead and for over 119 years has centered around equestrian activities.
People are amazed at our island of paradise, located only 40 minutes from Los Angeles and 20 minutes to great pacific surfing spots of the "Rincon."

Our equestrian center is used for national recognized 3-day eventing and derbys. We have 3 Dressage Arenas, Stadium jump fields and trail after trail with cross country jumps,ponds and ditches.
We have a private bunkhouse (sleeps 16)and private ranch house (sleeps 14) for your own equestrian camps or training events. We have a 2 acre groomed meadow for any outdoor event. We have a pool, picnic areas, Barns, Corrals for 100 horses. Feel free to come visit our family and ranch prior to rental for your very own horse camp. No group too small, many jumper, eventer and dressage trainers bring their riders for weekends.

The words, "room and space" are defined at the Meadows.

In addition, many people just rent the main ranch house for wedding rehersal parties, family holidays and romantic get-aways. We do not do weddings but can recommend nearby farms for that event.
